Keenan Walch grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and played as a Varsity outside hitter all four years at Head-Royce High School (Oakland, CA). In his final year he was named Oakland tribute athlete of the week as well as BCL-East league MVP. During the off-season he played for Diablo Valley Volleyball Club, which finished top 25 in the Junior Olympic Open Division.
In college, Keenan continued his volleyball career on the UC Davis Men's Club Volleyball team. He again played all four years on the Division One team. During his tenure the team finished 5th and 9th in the nation while winning the Northern California region twice. In his fourth and final year at Davis, Keenan became the president and captain of the club. He graduated UC Davis with a Bachelors of Science in neurobiology and is passionate about personalizing medicine through technology.
For the past two years Keenan has been coaching both high school guys and girls programs at Epic and is excited to be coming back for another year!
